1. Who we are

Crinkel provides software that lets you hold, send and spend stablecoin balances. We are not a bank, and your balance is not a bank deposit.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time and may limit or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

3. Transactions

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Check the address and network before withdrawing. Fees are shown before you confirm each transaction.

4. Risk

Stablecoins can lose their peg, and networks can be congested or fail. Use of digital assets may be restricted where you live; you are responsible for following your local laws.
